Food Tech II – 13.05.2010

So, first part of my Food Tech Assignment, was to decorate a Roulade. (My result is above) If you continue reading, you can see pictures of me making a small mess of the kitchen when I practiced the recipe at home. The Ice Cream began to melt upon presentation… and it was too tall… Stupid… “Bulla Creamy Classics”… Why do you taste so good?


Having to go to China on Sunday, I had to do my roulade prac earlier than the others, I practiced at home on the 6th…


I made a mess of the kitchen when I beated the egg-whites… We need a bigger bowl.

Mmmmm! Looks… good… XD

Personally, I found the one I made at home was better than the one I made at school, Even though, at home, I had to guess the flour and cocoa quantities… But ah well…

Tomorrow, I have to write an essay about the prac… I should be studying…
